  • EV sector: Building a communications function

    In a fast-scaling EV joint venture with fragmented teams and inconsistent messaging across markets, I built a full communications function covering strategy, brand voice, internal alignment, and external visibility.

    I launched the company’s LinkedIn presence, growing it from zero to 10,000 followers in the first year, and shaped a distinctive CEO voice alongside a strong employer brand across Belgium and Poland.

  • Global telecoms: Making sustainability strategic

    For a global telecom organization where sustainability sat outside the core business story, I developed worldwide communication plans connecting circular economy initiatives directly to strategy and leadership priorities.

    I aligned sustainability work with executive visibility, supported C-suite messaging, and coordinated engagement across events, partnerships, and internal teams to connect technical ambition with human storytelling.

    During the COVID period, I helped reposition a European business association whose voice risked being overshadowed in fast-moving policy debates and shifting stakeholder priorities.

    I sharpened narratives around trade, digital transformation, and sustainability, expanded the CEO’s online presence, and modernised the organization’s digital communications to improve clarity and reach.

    Result: Increased credibility with business, policy, and media stakeholders, strengthened engagement across key audiences, and reinforced the association’s visibility during a critical and uncertain period.

    Working with global brands navigating complex European markets and regulatory environments, I shaped and delivered integrated communications campaigns across multiple countries and stakeholder groups.
